Town meet Sphinx in pre-season friendly

Nuneaton Town FC will face Coventry Sphinx on Saturday 27th July (3pm) to complete their pre-season fixture schedule.

Acton and Dodd's side will head to the Sphinx Industrial Supplies Arena as they look to put the finishing touches in place ready for the start of the 2024/25 season in the Midland Football League One. The Sphinx will be a familiar opponent for fans as Nuneaton Borough FC have faced them on a number of occasions in the Birmingham Senior Cup. Most recently in November where Boro ran out as 3-2 winners.

This will be a tough test for the side as Sphinx are two leagues higher in the Northern Premier League One Midlands Division (Step 4).
